Shipping policy

Shipping:

We ship live animals via FedEx Priority Overnight only Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to unsafe weather conditions.

Standard ground shipping applies to merchandise.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):

Live Arrival Guarantee on all animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pickup and temperatures are between 40-90°F at all shipping and delivery locations. Someone must pick up within 2 hours of arrival for the LAG to apply. In the rare event of a DOA, we require accurate and clear photo and video within 2 hours of delivery receipt. DOA animals may need to be returned to validate claims.

All animals are 100% guaranteed healthy, feeding, and accurately represented at the time of sale. Genetics are identified to the best of our ability. Sex is guaranteed on animals sold as male/female. If “unsexed” it will be clearly noted. Animals are shipped parasite free, with clear eyes, no retained sheds, and no kinks or deformities.
